Lacy Chaffin

Lacy Chaffin joined Kantaras Law as an Associate Attorney, bringing with her a proven track record of legal research and analysis, successful case outcomes and strategic counsel. She also has extensive experience in conflict resolution, a skillset crucial to attorneys in the practice of family law.

At Kantaras Law, Lacy’s practice is family law. Prior to Kantaras Law, Lacy’s legal practice varied greatly, giving her strength in multiple areas of the law, while representing both for profit and non-profit employers. She was previously with the American Heart Association, where she managed a regional portfolio of estate and trust gifts and played a key role in managing bequest administration litigation matters for the organization. Prior to that, Lacy worked in the public sector and for a large Tampa family law firm, where she honed her skills in the family law space

Lacy earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.

Outside the office, Lacy enjoys spending time with her family and tending to her garden
