Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree in education and worked for several years as a teacher. In 2011 she received her law degree from Northern Illinois University and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar the same year. She practiced law in Illinois for nine years in transactional law and family law before moving out of state. Elizabeth moved to Florida in 2022 with her family, and she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2023.
