Stephanie J. Cavill, BCS

Stephanie J. Cavill, BCS, is a Senior Associate Attorney at Kantaras Law. She is also a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law, a distinction she shares with a select number of attorneys who’ve demonstrated expertise and superior knowledge of the field of family law.

With nearly 20 years of family law legal experience, Stephanie understands the complexities of the family law system while also knowing that these situations come with deep emotions, giving her a unique view of families. She is cognizant of the emotional, social, and financial struggles that clients face when their relationships end and their family dynamic changes.

Stephanie has been an integral part of the Kantaras Law team since 2005, when she started as a law clerk and became an attorney with the firm in 2006. Her leadership and guidance have led the firm to work harder to help make the practice an even bigger success.

Stephanie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2000 and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2006, and soon thereafter, she was admitted to the Florida Bar. She is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the Clearwater Bar Association. Stephanie became board certified in Family and Marital Law in 2021 and received an award from the Sixth Judicial Circuit recognizing her pro bono service.

On her days off, Stephanie can be found with her family, swimming and biking, and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
