Rebecca Foss

Rebecca Foss clerked for Kantaras Law for two summers while she attended law school. After passing the Florida Bar in 2025, she officially became an Associate Attorney at the firm.

As an attorney practicing marital and family law, providing support to people and families who need it during one of the most difficult times in their lives is what matters most to Rebecca.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of South Florida and her law degree from Loyola University. In law school, Rebecca worked at the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic where she provided legal services to low-income individuals. She also worked at the Child’s Rights Clinic, which focused on representing clients in family matters such as custody and adoptions.

Rebecca lives in Tampa and can be found in a kickboxing class or honing her cooking skills.
