Erin Grant

Erin Grant joined Kantaras Law as an Associate Attorney to apply her extensive knowledge in managing the business side of practicing law. Prior to Kantaras Law, Erin co-founded a consulting business which oversaw organizational operations, compliance and strategy services for for-profit and non-profit businesses in the Tampa Bay area.

Her professional journey also reflects a strong emphasis on healthcare, including a robust background in regulatory healthcare compliance. She worked for a large Springfield, Illinois healthcare system where she focused on value-based care agreements for a division of the health system. She provided strategic advice on business transactions, drafted financial projections and plan offerings, and oversaw compliance. She also honed her legal skills at the Innovators Law Firm in St. Louis, where she worked on corporate compliance policies and provided comprehensive legal and regulatory compliance services together with strategic guidance to help healthcare entities thrive in a highly regulated industry.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Harding University, then went on to earn both her Master’s in Health Care Administration and Juris Doctor and Health Law Certificate from Saint Louis University.

Outside the office, Erin can be found reading, volunteering at church, spending time on the beach or looking for new experiences to try in Tampa Bay.
