Emily Saladrigas
About
Emily Saladrigas was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Florida State University. From her college studies and her volunteer work through Dance Marathon, Emily’s passion for child welfare and advocacy ignited, and there, she decided law was the right path for her. Since then, Emily has sought every opportunity where she could intersect her advocacy skills with her compassion, empathy, and understanding.
Emily received her Juris Doctor and Certificate of Advocacy from Stetson University College of Law. In school, she was president of the Child Advocates of Stetson Law, secretary of the Disability Allied Law Student Association, and a Stetson Ambassador. In her third year, Emily externed for the Family Law Services Department at Bay Area Legal Services. It was there she learned how to manage divorce cases, child custody cases, and alimony cases.
In law school, Emily was on the Dispute Resolution Board as a member of the Arbitration Team and NCAA Infractions Hearing Team. In the Spring of 2025, Emily and her teammate ended as semifinalists in the NCAA Infractions Hearing Competition. As a member of the Board, Emily learned how to communicate in settings like arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and client counseling. Most importantly, Emily learned how to advocate for her future clients and help them receive the best possible outcome.
Outside the office, Emily serves as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer, where she makes sure the child’s best interests are valued and prioritized by the family, caregivers, and the court.
For fun, Emily enjoys movie nights with her friends, baking delicious desserts, and trying out new restaurants.
