Kyle graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with an undergraduate degree in business administration. Kyle then moved south to attend law school at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. In law school, Kyle received certificates in both Business Law and Environmental Law. Kyle also devoted his time to the Public Interest Research Bureau and graduated from law school with pro bono honors.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014, Kyle focused his legal practice on environmental law, land use and zoning, local government law, family law, and civil litigation. Kyle also represents clients before county and city commissions, as well as other local governmental boards.
In addition to the Florida Bar, Kyle is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
