How Tampa divorce mediation works

Divorce mediation is essentially a process whereby both spouses and their divorce mediation attorneys bring all financial and other information to a meeting to iron out the conditions of their divorce.  The more motivated both parties are to put emotional issues aside, the better their chances are of reaching agreement.
